Hi, just wanted to notify you guys of a problem i'm having with zbp. every time i try to send a voice mail it completely cuts me off. i was using a mobile and i had full network coverage so i don't think it was something to do with that. just wanted to let you know.
lol....i had that yesterday in the voicemail menu. i was trying to listen to a message sent to me by a user, and when i went to it, it cut me off, and i couldn't go anywhere on the system. well anoying!. another thing i have noticed, is when i enter my User idd and password, the system tells me it is invalid, or cuts me off. usually takes me 4 or 5 tries just to make it recognize my I d number
It's done that to me a few times too, although it happened more a few months ago than it does now. But I know yesterday, I kept logging in to respond to a voice mail message, and it dropped me every time I hit 4 to reply.
